The architectural expression of Morwell’s industrial history was realised in the design and prefabrication of eighteen ‘façade modules’ for the LaTrobe Valley GovHub office complex completed in early 2021. 

In this presentation we will hear from Managing Director of Dynamic Steel Framing, Peter Blythe who will explain how prefabricated light gauge steel façade modules delivered on the design ambition of this building while streamlining the construction process. With each facade module weighing up to 7.2 tonnes once the external cladding was installed, this was an undertaking that required great precision and collaboration.
