Established in 1985, Davcor is one of the southern hemisphere’s largest diversified hardware and security distributors. Davcor is a proud Australian owned business that specialises in the design and development, manufacturing, sourcing and distribution of security hardware and associated products – manufacturing several products locally under the Australian Made banner.
Our flagship range is Carbine, a high-end brand of commercial and residential locks that push the boundaries of locking technology and solve security problems that have dogged the industry for years. Every Carbine lock is developed in collaboration with our experienced in-house R&D team alongside some of Australia’s most talented and visionary locksmiths. Engineered for both high security and user convenience, our locks are distinguished by their swift and hassle-free installation process. This dedication to quality and innovation is why Carbine locks are highly regarded among reputable locksmiths and often rapidly adopted in both residential and commercial situations.
In a bid to enhance efficiency and automation, we installed a superior state of the art, fully automatic robotic warehouse solution - the AutoStore System. Serving as the heart of our distribution hub it allows us to accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders. Currently the robotic system consists of 14,000 bins or tubs of stock, thirteen robots and five carousel ports, with an additional eight robots currently on order. Each robot efficiently stages products ready for picking by seamlessly integrating with Davcor's own CRM and ERP software, thanks to the efforts of our dedicated team of seven full-time Australian based software developers, typically allowing for same day dispatch on most orders.
