Trudi Sully
Trudi is the Industrialised Design & Construction Lead for the UK & Europe at Mott MacDonald. She works with a rapidly growing team of specialists that champion the utilisation of industrialisation, DfMA, MMC, and platform approaches on major projects globally.
Trudi has had an eclectic career, having worked with many different industries, from which she draws experience and insights to now drive change in construction. This was key to her previous role as a director of the Construction Innovation Hub - a UK government funded programme that collaborated with partners across government departments and industry to develop tools and approaches that enable improved productivity, performance, and resilience.
