Executive Director Infrastructure Planning and Delivery, Health Infrastructure Queensland

Tim has extensive experience in the leadership of design and delivery of health infrastructure in both the public and private sectors, with a background in architecture and project management. Tim is one of three Executive Directors for Infrastructure Planning and Delivery for Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ), with a focus on projects within the Gold Coast, Central West, Darling Downs, South West and West Moreton Hospital and Health Services across the over $14 billion capital program. Tim also leads the Contract Performance function, which embeds industry expertise to drive maximum value from contractual arrangements and drive uplift in contract management capability within Queensland Health.
