Matthew Kehoe

Matthew is an experienced civil construction engineer working in the Office of Projects Victoria to transform digital project delivery and drive the uptake of offsite construction. He works with Victorian Government departments, agencies and projects advising on best-practice digital technology and offsite construction by developing policy, guidance and training for their use.

Matthew previously worked for 10 years for Tier 1 contractors across Australia and Asia delivering some of the most complex major road and rail infrastructure with various clients and procurement models.
