Danni Addison
Danni is the chief executive officer of the Urban Development Institute of Australia in Victoria and one of Australia’s most recognised property experts.
She is a leading advocate for the urban development industry in Victoria, and has responsibility for administering the affairs of the Institute in Victoria along with the Institute's Board of Directors.
In her role, Danni represents the best interests of players in Australia’s urban development industry including development companies, private investors, members of the finance, planning, engineering, government and legal industries.
Prior to heading up the Institute in Victoria, Danni was a senior advisor to the State Government and the Property Council. There, she held roles in both policy and stakeholder management across infrastructure, residential development, planning and retirement living portfolios.
Some of the key issues Danni is passionate about includes housing affordability, reducing the regulatory burden on the housing sector and achieving a planning system that is efficient and delivers good outcomes for the future of Victoria.
