On the day, please make sure you have any other online conferencing programs closed such as zoom/skype. The platform will not function well if these programs are running in the background

Please ensure you are logged in on the correct web browser (either Chrome, Firefox or Safari). The platform does not work on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Polling system will be used on the day to capture votes. Each Member is entitled to one vote. The vote will be taken during the meeting and the result recorded in the minutes once the polls received have been examined for accuracy (ie no duplicate votes from the same member entity).
