Stefan is an architect and sustainability expert with extensive Australian and international experience. He was appointed as the Associate Victorian Government Architect in 2016 and helps lead the Office of the Victorian Government Architect, an expert team that provides strategic advice to the government about architecture, landscape and urban design.

Holding Masters degrees in architecture and environmental design, Stefan is also an Australian Institute of Company Directors Graduate, Green Star Professional, member of the Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV) and a National Steering Committee member of the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS).
