VSBA - schools programme success
Sensum has been engaged by the VSBA to deliver 100 School upgrade projects over the past four years. 85 of these projects have now been completed, with the remaining 15 projects on track for completion at the end of the financial year.
This program of works was on the back of the Government’s commitment to remove all high risk asbestos from Schools. It was an accelerated program of works and we managed it from Business case and masterplan through to the commissioning and handover.
The projects ranged from $3M to $10M, with an average delivery timeline of 38 weeks. This included the delivery of South Yarra Primary School, which was a $7M vertical School, delivered on the smallest State School site.
